By accessing the bdtupup website at https://bdtupup.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who interacts with the bdtupup platform in any capacity.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the bdtupup Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall legal agreement between you and bdtupup.

If you are using bdtupup on behalf of an organisation, company, or any other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" and "your" include both the individual and the entity.

bdtupup reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Access to and use of bdtupup is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

To access the full range of bdtupup services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi National ID (NID) number, valid email address, and mobile number registered to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdtupup login credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends and family members.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, bdtupup requires all players to complete identity verification. You must submit a clear copy of your Bangladeshi NID and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account review.

All financial transactions on bdtupup are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. No foreign currency transactions are accepted, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank.
• Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your bdtupup wallet within minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the processing institution.
• bdtupup does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) policy.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours.
• bdtupup does not charge fees on withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to charges from the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed in full.
• bdtupup reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an AML review, including but not limited to withdrawals above ৳50,000.

bdtupup offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day, and others). All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Every bonus has an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the specified timeframe will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.

bdtupup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be governed by the terms in place at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by legal or regulatory necessity.

All games available on bdtupup — including slots, live casino titles, fishing games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided by independent, internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Sports Betting Rules: Live cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, is subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed at the time of betting. bdtupup reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been affected by irregularities, match-fixing investigations, or data feed errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdtupup and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or undisclosed vulnerabilities in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void and must be returned.
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime prohibited under Bangladeshi law or international standards.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with bdtupup support.
• Charging back or reversing any legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after the funds have been credited to your bdtupup wallet and used for wagering.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdtupup staff members or other players via any communication channel.

bdtupup employs advanced fraud detection and pattern analysis tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, bdtupup will take appropriate action including but not limited to: immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your bdtupup account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account wallet (after deduction of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Suspension by bdtupup: bdtupup reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• An account is flagged by our fraud detection systems pending investigation.
• A player has requested self-exclusion through our responsible gaming tools.
• bdtupup is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.
• An account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bdtupup will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳200 (or the remaining account balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after the notification period has elapsed.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from bdtupup for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the account settings panel or by requesting exclusion via [email protected]. Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During an active self-exclusion period, bdtupup will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform or receiving marketing communications.

All content on the bdtupup platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, colour schemes, written content, software code, game interfaces (to the extent provided by bdtupup directly), and the bdtupup brand name and trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdtupup or its respective content licensors and game providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdtupup platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the bdtupup platform or its content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice displayed on the platform.
• Use the bdtupup name, logo, or brand assets in any external communication, advertisement, or publication without prior written authorisation.

Game content (including game graphics, audio, and mechanics) is the intellectual property of the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) and is licensed to bdtupup for display on the platform. Any unauthorised use of game content is subject to enforcement action by the respective rights holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtupup and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bdtupup platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from game outcomes, bet results, or sports betting market settlements.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, server downtime, or data transmission errors outside bdtupup's direct control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications networks.
• Loss of profits, goodwill, opportunity, or any other intangible loss.

bdtupup provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every commercially reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdtupup's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bdtupup reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, changes in platform functionality, updates to payment processing procedures, or improvements to our responsible gaming framework.

Where a material change is made to these Terms — meaning a change that substantively affects your rights or obligations as a player — bdtupup will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of bdtupup following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment. Funds held in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdtupup operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and conducts all player-facing activity in BDT.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and bdtupup, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. bdtupup will cooperate fully with any duly constituted legal process.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdtupup with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
